About 2 Sassy Mamas

Hi and welcome to our blog! We are first, bff’s since 6th grade, then 20 something years later, sisters-in-law by marrying brothers! Who knew?! We love creating, painting, sewing, and more than that, we love sharing our painstaking stories behind it all, including our adventures in mommyhood, wifedom and sassy business endeavors. Please join us on our wild ride and you’ll be sure to see something you like (and maybe something you don’t)!
About Jules (left):
I was raised in Hawaii and Arizona and then moved to Southern Cali to work as a school teacher. Definite sunshine girl. Fast forward a few years, I married the (amazing) brother Michael who lives in Ohio and so had to relocate. In definite need of light therapy and a creative outlet. I have three fabulous children who keep me on my feet, ages 3, 5 and 10. I love learning to sew custom children’s clothing, playing with photography, children’s party planning and trying every fun trick on Pinterest. I find it essential to Pay it Forward, have an Attitude of Gratitude, and Thank & Praise God everyday for his Grace and support!
About JJ:
“If you ever want to find me I can still be found taking the long way around” –The Dixie Chicks.
That just about sums me up: Lots of ideas, lots of dreams, lots of motivation & always taking the hardest route to get there… oh well at least I get there. Born & raised & living in Phoenix when I got the brilliant idea to follow my “Sk8er Boy” to California & became an Airforce wife. That Union brought me the greatest joy of my life, my amazing son (I can't believe he is 16 now!!). A few years later I met brother Todd, who ended up being my “till death do us part” & I gained an awesome stepson, (also 16 years old). Our family was completed with the arrival of our beautiful little girl, now 4. I love all things artistic especially painting, Cake decorating & making trash into treasures. My most important relationship is with the Lord, without whom I would be lost. I’m always looking for a way I can help others & believe what you send out will surely come back to you.
